Therapy often starts when something feels off, even if it’s hard to explain. You might notice the same patterns showing up in your relationships, conversations that go nowhere, or a growing sense of distance or frustration. Sometimes it shows up around intimacy or connection, but it’s not always clear what’s driving it.

I work with individuals and couples to understand and change these patterns. My focus is on relationships, including challenges with communication, conflict, emotional distance, and intimacy. I also work with concerns related to sexuality, such as desire differences, sexual disconnection, performance anxiety, and questions around sexual behavior. In addition, I help clients navigate anxiety, stress, and mood-related challenges, especially when they affect how someone relates to themselves or others.

My approach is straightforward and collaborative. We spend time understanding what’s happening and why, but we don’t stop there. The goal is to use that understanding to make real changes in how you think, communicate, and show up in your relationships.

I have training in cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, the Gottman Method, and sex therapy, and have worked across inpatient, partial hospitalization, outpatient, and private practice settings. I draw from these approaches based on what actually fits the person or couple I’m working with, rather than relying on a single model or taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

I offer in-person appointments in Monsey, NY as well as virtual options in most states.
